Abstract: MEMS technologies are bringing revolutionary
improvement in many applications from the automobiles to biotechnology
. Full commercialization is picking up the steam with formation of the
industrial clusters. At this forum, we will hear the status of these developments
and the trend of the hot MEMS applications. In addition, an introduction
of MEMS business opportunities in Taiwan will be presented for those who
