Abstract
With the proliferation of the Internet and
revolutionary new e-business practices, there has never been a more critical

increasingly Web-enable their applications, the seminar will address the
critical need for trusted e-business processes of authentication, and web
access management.
There are a wide range of authentication options ˇX
from tokens and one-time use access codes to smart cards and digital
certificates ˇX to positively identify users and devices before they interact
with mission-critical data and applications through VPNs, e-mail, intranets,
