1. Exit on LAWRENCE EXPY N.

2. Continue on N LAWRENCE EXPY

3. Turn Right on TASMAN DR

4. Turn Left on GREAT AMERICA PKY

1. Exit on MONTEGUE EXPRESSAY S.

2. MONTEGUE EXPRESSAY became SAN TOMAS EXPRESSWAY.

3. Turn left on EL CAMINO REAL.

4. China stix is on right side before SCOTT BLVD.

2. Free Pre-symposium MEMS Seminar: Los Altos Library, 13 South San Antonio Road, Los Altos, CA

From I-280:

1. Exit El Monte. Go east on El Monte to Foothill Expressway.

2. Turn left onto Foothill and get into the right hand lane.

3. Turn right onto San Antonio Road, which is the next right.

4. Go .5 miles. The Library is on the right, just past the Seville Properties sign.

From I-101:

1. Exit San Antonio.

2. Drive south on San Antonio to the intersection where Edith, State and Main join San Antonio.

3. Go straight through that intersection and immediately get into the left-hand turn lane. Turn left into the library driveway.
